a.Our valve is about two time bigger than other shop valve . Ours look more stronger
b.Inlet screw is more longer which is more easy for user to install on the side of tank and connect the pipe.

3,Materials :
Our valve is made of original Nylon PA66 and import PP with ROHS certificate. This PP can use in 300 degree hot water . Other shop valve is made of cheap recycled material PP , when water temperature up to 60degree, the recyeled PP will transshape.
As we know that our valves will be used in water for many years. So Nylon and import PP is best choice. Because Nylon and import PP are Anti- hydrolysis and Anti- resisting. But cheap recycled material PP do not have Anti- hydrolysis , Anti- resisting and older color. That’s why we didn’t cheap recycled material PP as the valve materials.
4, Float size and materials
Our white Float is made of PE which can used in 200 degree hot water.
The green color is made of PP materials which is just bear 70 degree water.
Meanwhile, our float is much bigger than the green one. So that the float buoyancy is much bigger so valve can bear high water pressure.
5, Screw materials and sizes
Our screws materials are 304SS , their screw is 201SS. Useing in water , 201ss will be very easy to rust . Our 304 screw will never rust .
Our 304SS Screw size and quality is much bigger better than 201SS. So our screws can make valve stronger and stable.
6, Fastening method
Our Fastening method is 304 SS Screw which keep valve tight and stable . Meanwhile , it is very easy to open to clean inside .
Other shop valve is Buckle joint which is loose and very hard to open . If open , it is easy broken.
7, Clean and repair
Our valve is made of Nylon. The threaded hole is Resilient. So we can open the valve and then tighten again . Valve is still tight as new .
Other shop valve is made of cheap recycled material PP. So after we open the valve , the threaded hole is loose , when we try to screw again , but it couldn’t tighten and easy to break. so the valve couldn’t use any more. That’s, Other shop valve is disposable product , we couldn’t open to repaire and clean .
8,Work pressure range :
Our valve work water water pressure range is 15-150PSI（Actually up to 180PSI）.
The other valve work water pressure range just 15-100PSI. If Water pressure is bigger than 100PSI , the valve will leakage and break. This is because of cheap recycled material PP and the small screw.
